Former two-story building.
It is characterized by Puebla Baroque style, combining quarry stone, rhomboidal brickwork, and tile.
Its name comes from the fact that the chief bailiff, an official position equivalent to the mayor of the municipality today, lived there.
Inside, a 16th-century patio with columns supporting semi-circular arches has been preserved as a sample.
Currently, the building houses the music department of the BUAP (Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla).
