This space is dedicated to promoting, rescuing, and preserving the artistic and cultural expressions that give identity to the people of Sonora.

Inside, there are libraries, classrooms where theater, music, painting, and dance workshops are held, a theater-auditorium known as Teatro de la Ciudad, a small venue called Teatro Intimo, the Eusebio Francisco Kino gallery, which always has an art exhibition, and a room dedicated to National Symbols.
