Casa de Don Mariano Michelena
A neoclassical-style building initiated in 1690.
It belonged to the Canon of Belauzarán and, starting in 1826, to Don Mariano Michelena, who bequeathed it to the public welfare of the State.
Miguel Hidalgo stayed here in 1810 during his visit to Morelia.
Currently, it serves as the headquarters of Preparatoria No. 5 of the Universidad Michoacana.
