The Historical Archive and Library dates back to the 18th century.
It has three floors, and in its early days, the ground floor was used for commercial purposes, the second floor as a warehouse, and the top floor as a residence.
Its facade features entrance doors and balconies, achieving a balance between solid and void elements.
During the 19th century, it was converted into tenement housing, and in 1987 it was remodeled to house the Historical Archive and Library, where the historical heritage of the port is safeguarded, with hundreds of documents dating back to 1609 and some books from the 16th century.
