Plaza Gertrudris Bocanegra
Currently, it is also known as Plaza Chica.
Previously, it was known as Plaza de San Agustín and is the second most important square in Pátzcuaro.
In its center stands a bronze sculpture in honor of Doña Gertrudis Bocanegra, a heroine of the independence movement.
In front of the square is the Market of 'antojitos' and crafts, where you can taste regional delights and appreciate the work of artisans.
