The building has an eclectic interior decoration. In the stairwell, there is a mural by Michoacán artist Agustín Cárdenas titled "Morelos and Justice," depicting the leader rising against Spanish oppression. The second floor showcases some pre-Hispanic elements.

It has a permanent exhibition of various historical documents that narrate the evolution and development of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Judicial Power of Michoacán.
