Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Juan Soriano
The Museum of Contemporary Art has an area of nearly 10,000 square meters, housed in a modern and unique building.
Its exhibition consists of 1,200 works by Juan Soriano, including oils, sculptures, graphic works, engravings, posters, drawings, and photographs.
It features a public sculpture garden with 15 monumental sculptures by the artist, surrounded by a variety of plants from the region and a historic water feature (apantle).
The museum also displays photographs of the urban landscape by prominent artists, architects, and writers from the city.
The complex also includes three spaces for temporary exhibitions, event halls, a shop, a café, workshops, and a theater with a seating capacity of 350 people.
