Historical Museum of the National Palace
This museum covers an area of approximately two thousand square meters.
Its exhibition consists of about 400 pieces from various collections, including archaeological objects and some others recovered from the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry of Finance, and the Franz Mayer Museum.
It has six rooms that incorporate multimedia resources and virtual reality where you can learn about the remains of the Palace of Moctezuma and explore the attire of the daily life of the viceroys who inhabited this colonial building.
There are also other sections related to the Independence era, the Porfiriato, and the Revolution.
