Museo Ex Fábrica Textil de Bellavista
The Textile Factory Museum is a beautiful building from the late 19th century.
Its owner transported stone by stone and all the production equipment from his previous factory in Belgium, his country of origin, to this location in Nayarit.
It was here in 1905, during the final years of the Mexican Revolution, where the first workers' strike was proclaimed.
Currently, there is a notable collection of materials, tools, documents, and photographs related to the textile industry.
Next to the entrance, there is a general information room with books, historical newspaper clippings, and much more.
Location
Located in the town of Bellavista, 8 km north of the city of Tepic.
Hours
