Museo del Pulque y las Pulquerías (MUPyP)

This museum is dedicated to promoting the iconic Mexican beverage known as "the drink of the gods" - pulque.

It offers an educational tour through the history of pulque and features an ever-evolving exhibition.

It has three rooms: Resumidero Room, a multipurpose hall for workshops, events, and presentations; Acocote Room, which provides information about the traditional process of making pulque, the tools used, and its importance throughout history; and Rentoy Room, where you can take a journey through the pulquerías of the past and present.

Additionally, it offers guided tours, and there is wheelchair access for people with disabilities.

There is a pulcata where you can taste pulque and various flavors of curados (flavored pulque).

Hours

Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00 hrs. Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs.
