Located in the former Golfo Station, it showcases the history of the railroad in northeastern Mexico through its exhibition of 110 pieces.

It displays measuring instruments, tools, traffic signals, as well as photographs and objects related to daily work at the old railway station.

In addition to the museum, it is the Nuevo León House of Culture and features an auditorium, a video library, a library, and a bookstore.
