This museum is located in the old Monserrat Convent, founded in the 17th century by the order of Benedictine nuns.

It has a collection of attire and objects related to the art developed in Mexico by riders and cowboys known as "Charros." There are panels that capture the origins and evolution of this Mexican tradition.
