Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey, MARCO (Contemporary Art)

At the main entrance, you will find "La Paloma," a huge bronze sculpture (6 meters tall and weighing 4 tons) created by the renowned Mexican artist Juan Soriano.

This museum is one of the most important cultural centers in Latin America and stands out for its architectural beauty.

The artworks are presented by skillfully combining natural and artificial lighting. The museum's permanent collection already includes 113 works of contemporary Latin American painting, and its temporary exhibitions are of very high quality.

The museum has a total construction area of 10,000 square meters, with 5,000 square meters dedicated to exhibition space. The remaining space includes the central courtyard, auditorium, library, shop, cafeteria, restaurant, sculpture courtyard, and orange tree courtyard.
