Museo de Arte Abstracto Manuel Felguérez (Museum of Abstract Art)
This museum is located in a 19th-century building that was once the headquarters of the Zacatecas Conciliar Seminary.
Subsequently, the building was used as a barracks, and from 1964 to 1995, it served as a prison.
In 1998, it was reconditioned to become a museum, combining the original architecture with modern elements.
The museum's collection consists of over 100 works showcasing a retrospective of Manuel Felguérez, as well as a display of abstract art by more than 120 national and international artists.
The museum features a space for temporary exhibitions, various cultural activities, a bookstore, a specialized archive, and a Printmaking Training and Production Center.
