Museo Casa de Juárez

The Juarez House Museum is housed in an 18th century building.

It was the home of Don Antonio Salanueva where Benito Juarez lived as a child from 1819 to 1828.

The museum showcases Juarez's everyday life during his stay in Oaxaca. It displays various objects that belonged to Juarez, period furniture, and interesting documents.

There is also a recreation of a bookbinding workshop since it was the profession of the house owner.
