Antigua Escuela de Jurisprudencia

The Former School of Jurisprudence was originally the headquarters of the Convent of Santa Catalina de Siena, founded in 1623 by Dominican nuns from Oaxaca.

Due to the Laws of Reform, the convent became a military barracks until it housed the National Preparatory School in 1868 and later the National School of Jurisprudence in 1954.

It currently serves as the Division of Continuing Education and belongs to UNAM.
