It is located in a building dating back to the 19th century.

This is the house where the famous Zacatecan poet Ramón López Velarde lived in his early years.

It consists of five rooms equipped with a digital system that allows visitors to listen to narrations about the life and work of the poet, as well as excerpts from his literary works.

Throughout the house, which includes a large living room, bedrooms, and a kitchen, you can appreciate furniture from that era, photographs of the López Velarde family, writings by the poet, and some drawings by Ernesto Juárez, a prominent painter from Zacatecas.

You can also visit the library, which contains books from the 19th century, and the kitchen has a particular charm, as it can activate scents that evoke memories of those times.

The museum offers guided tours and has a souvenir shop.
