MINERAL DEL CHICO

This is a unique way to live a high-adrenaline experience about 20 minutes from Mineral del Chico, and one hour from Pachuca.

The adventure includes a 400-meter (1,312 feet) route and consists of climbing a mountain along a path with various elements such as suspension bridges, railings, ladders, zip lines and grab bars, to name a few. The via ferrata is distinguished by having a cable along the entire route to which all adventurers are attached with special lines with which they make sure not to fall.

In this case, the via ferrata is on a mountain of a little over 200-meter (656 feet), which is known as the Tanda. Once the ascent is finished, you can go down a path to the starting point, although those who want to continue the adventure can do so by rappelling. The journey takes approximately three hours.

If you are an adrenaline lover, the tour includes a Tarzan-style jump at a height of about 160-meter (524 feet) where you swing from one platform to another at a distance of approximately 25-meter (82 feet).
