The Scorpion Bay, located in the town of San Juanico, is one of the most famous and recognized places for its waves.

There are two surf spots in Bahía Escorpión: one in the bay with very long waves, and another at the tip, much stronger with more pronounced waves.

Following the coast up from Todos Santos is Punta Conejo, and further on is Los Cerritos, San Pedrito y Pescadero and Elías Calles.

Another option is Todos Santos, a picturesque town on the Pacific coast just an hour and a half from La Paz. One of the best places is Playa de Los Cerritos and this town has all the lodging services and some excellent Italian restaurants.

In La Paz you will find very good surf schools where you can learn from the beginning or perfect your technique.
