HIUCHAPAN

Parque Los Arcos Saucillo

A different place to practice rappelling is the Los Arcos Saucillo Park in Huichapan, with a descent of more than 30-meter (98 feet) on a side trail of one of the oldest aqueducts in Latin America over the Cañón del Diablo (Devil's Canyon).

MINERAL DEL CHICO

Parque Nacional de Mineral del Chico

In the Mineral del Chico National Park there are very good walls and rock or mountain peaks to practice rappelling, in addition to being surrounded by beautiful landscapes. There are descents ranging from 18-meter (59 feet) to 180-meter (590 feet).

Another option is to rappel up to 85-meter (278 feet) within the shot of a mine and walk through its passages to learn more about the mining history of the place.

Additionally, within the Mineral del Chico park, there are facilities for a canopy circuit that combines zip lines, hanging bridges and rappelling.

The H-GO Adventures Park is located within the Mineral del Chico National Park and has different rappelling heights, the highest being 150-meter (492 feet). There are options for all tastes and training is always included so that everyone who wants to enjoy this adventure can do so safely.
