Gulf of Mexico Beaches
It offers over two kilometers of fine white sand, a gentle slope, and a calm sea.
These conditions are ideal for practicing any water sport such as surfing, jet-skiing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and diving.
Another attraction is the possibility of swimming and the chance of encountering dolphins during your adventure.
Along its coastal boulevard, there is a great variety of restaurants where you can taste typical regional food, as well as miscellaneous shops that offer beverages and snacks, beach clubs, comfortable hotels, and lively bars.
During the months of March to July, this beach welcomes the Lora turtle, which comes to lay its eggs on its shores.
Another attraction is the Malecón, a roadway flanked by huge rocks that mark the union of the Panuco River with the Gulf of Mexico, where, in addition to watching the entry and exit of boats, you can see dolphins and porpoises gliding through the waters.
Location
It is located in the southern part of the state, in the city of Madero, a half-hour from downtown Tampico.
