It is a recreational park where you'll find a reservoir of the same name surrounded by impressive forest vegetation. It is located in the Estanzuela community in Mineral del Chico.

It is one of the oldest and most traditional parks in the state. It features a commercial area, 24-hour security, camping areas, tent rentals, and cabin rentals.

In the park, you can ride pedal boats or rowboats, go horseback riding, and explore the trails on foot or by bicycle. For the more adventurous, there are activities like rock climbing on some of its many rock formations ranging from 2,230 meters above sea level to 3,100 meters above sea level. You can also practice rappelling and enjoy the thrill of zip-lining through the trees.

One of the main attractions of the reservoir is the opportunity to savor rainbow trout, which you can catch yourself and have it cooked immediately in some of the restaurants and establishments surrounding the reservoir. These local places also offer a taste of other regional dishes.
