The park has an area of 3,159 ha. and it is located near the city of Chilapa de Álvarez on a mountain range with forested areas, mainly coniferous.
It is a place to observe and enjoy nature. Here you can find wild cat, coyote, rabbit, opossum, fox, tigrillo and badger, among many other species.

Located 51.5 km, approximately one hour and a half, from Chilpancingo and 163 km, two hours and 45 minutes, from Acapulco.
