Located in the western area of Tampico, next to the "Laguna del Carpintero," it is the venue for the annual powerboat racing competition. You can board New Orleans-style trams here to take a tour of the city center.

It's a pleasant place with green areas, walkways, shaded areas, playgrounds, and a cafeteria. From here, you have a beautiful view of the Tampico Bridge.

You can also rent a boat for a ride on the lagoon.
