MINERAL DE ANGANGUEO

Tuxpan

The hill from where it takes off is located in this picturesque town and the orientation of the wind is from the south. The takeoff altitude is 2,000 meters above sea level and the best time for this adventure is from November to February. From the air you can admire the town, the El Salto del Mono waterfall and Los Azufres in Zitácuaro. It is located one hour from Mineral de Angangueo.

Cerro Seis Palos

On the hill the direction of the wind is southwest. The takeoff altitude is 2,100 meters above sea level and the best time to fly is from October to February. This is an ideal place for beginners and the landscapes are incredible, since you can see the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuaries. It is located in Zitácuaro, one hour and 10 minutes from Mineral de Angangueo.

MORELIA

La Escalera

The flight orientation is south and southeast and the takeoff height is 2,200 meters above sea level. The best time of the year to make a flight in this place is from November to January, since in February and March there are strong winds and during the rainy season there can be little visibility. From the air you will be able to observe a beautiful wooded landscape. It is located in the municipality of Charo, 50 minutes from Morelia.

PÁTZCUARO

Cerro del Estribo

The orientation of the wind is northeast on this hill. The takeoff height is 2,380 meters above sea level. The best time to fly in this site is from May to November, avoiding the rainy months from June to August. In general, the conditions are mild and you will be able to observe this beautiful Magical Town, including its famous lake. It is located 15 minutes from Pátzcuaro.

BEACHES IN MICHOACÁN

San Juan de Alima

It is a quiet place from where you can take paragliding or hang gliding flights from Las Brisas viewpoint and contemplate the thick vegetation and the coastline. It is located 13 km from El Ticuiz and 50 minutes from El Faro de Bucerías Beach.
