Museo de Arqueología y Cultura Popular Tonallán

The Museum of Archaeology and Popular Culture is located in a 19th-century house and has several rooms for temporary exhibitions and three rooms for permanent exhibitions.

The museum exhibits painting, sculpture, folk art, archaeological pieces, and traditional ceramics related to the cultural richness of Tonalá, such as incense burners, mortars, anthropomorphic figures, and necklaces, among others.

The museum also offers ancient and contemporary tastoanes masks, as well as various pieces related to the people's devotion to their patron saint, Santiago.

Horarios

Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 hrs.
