It is located in the Protected Natural Area of the Cañada de Contreras Forests and has an extension of more than 2,429 ha of forest areas, rivers, waterfalls and springs of great scenic beauty. 

Its name comes from the "Dinamos", old facilities of the textile factories, which are still preserved.

It has a network of ecotourism trails of more than 26 km and a ravine with vertical walls for rock climbing, with more than 250 open and equipped routes at all levels of difficulty. 

It is an ideal place for mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, rappelling, fishing and camping. 

There are motorcycle, ATV and horse rentals. Additionally, there are places where they offer delicious quesadillas.
