Jardín Botánico Benjamín Francis Johnston

Located within Sinaloa Park, it was founded in 1929. Previously, it was the private garden of Mr. Johnston's residence, the founder of the important sugar mill that marked the beginning of the history of Los Mochis.

Within its 16 hectares, you can observe trees and plants brought from various exotic places like India, Africa, or Australia, as well as a diversity of birds that make it a natural gem.

In total, the garden showcases around 80,000 plants in a 400-square-meter space.

The garden offers walking paths, playgrounds, and picnic tables for a pleasant day out.

There are guided tours for groups, craft workshops, an educational classroom, and a library.
