Convento La Purificación en Tlalnepantla
The convent was built in the late 17th century by the Augustinian order and is also known as La Preciosa Sangre de Cristo.
The complex consists of an atrium and a medium-sized temple with a tower and a clock in the center of its facade, which was later modified in a neoclassical style.
There is also a single-story cloister with remnants of mural paintings.
Inside, you can see the successive modifications that the temple has undergone in its niches and altars.
Its atrium serves as a stage for the town's festivities and fairs.
