This Magical Town has a very important pottery tradition, so you can find beautiful pots and flowerpots among a wide variety of clay objects, especially the small jars that are used to drink mezcal. Beside, in the surroundings there are some Mezcal Haciendas with the highest quality standards using the traditional method.

As a complement you can visit some of the mezcal haciendas near Pinos and buy one… or more bottles of this distilled beverage produced from the fermented juices of the cooked agave plant core.
