It was called Cerro del Ombligo, but now it's known as Cerro de la Reina in honor of Queen Cihualpilli. This is an ideal place for meditation, filled with legends, traditions, and history, from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the four cardinal points.

With a height of 2,500 m, it is a natural viewpoint from where you can admire the city of Guadalajara, Santiago River ravine and the immense plateau of Los Altos de Jalisco. It is also an excellent option for observing astronomical phenomena.

At the top of the hill is the monument to Queen Cihualpilli and the Castilian stone chapel dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe, as well as eight warrior statues.
