One of the most important examples of religious architecture in the city of Hermosillo.
It was built in the 19th century with an eclectic-style facade combining elements of Baroque and Neo-Gothic architecture. It has three two-story entrances and two tall towers. Above the windows is the clock. The columns of the second floor support a wavy-shaped cornice with quarry railings and urns.
The entrance doors to the side aisles have two stories and the same architectural style. Two Corinthian columns on either side of the arch support a cornice framing the first floor.
The interior is decorated in neoclassical style, and the main altar stands out. The interior of the temple has a basilica plan with a barrel vault roof and a polygonal dome. It is decorated in neoclassical style, with a beautifully carved front altarpiece.
