Built in 1885, it features an architectural style reminiscent of New Orleans.
The beams, frames, doors, windows, moldings, hardwood floors, stairs, and railings were all crafted from pine wood. The brickwork was of the highest quality, and the roof tiles were made of exquisite ceramic clay.
It was constructed by Melitón H. Cross and is unique in its kind, housing various instruments and a library.
After the death of its owners, the building slowly fell into abandonment until it was restored to its original beauty in 1982.
