You have to consider the season for your event; high season is between October to May, these months are usually the cooler months out of the year ant the most expensive and hotels get booked really quickly. The low season goes from June to September and the weather is more hot and humid, and the rainy season begins around July and it rains almost every day, so during this season you will have to consider an indoor option.
