All the way you can enjoy the beauty of the landscape crossing the Mandinga Lagoon and the dunes area until you reach the Heroic Naval Military School, the main educational and training institution for officers of the Mexican Navy.

These facilities can be visited with a permit requested to the responsible authorities.

In front of the coast there are reef formations with a depth of up to 48 meters where you can practice diving.

It is also one of the favorite places for fishing and is easy to catch red snapper, sole and grouper, among others.

There are a number of places where you can enjoy the regional specialties and it is not uncommon to hear the hard-driving rhythms of musicians playing unique regional guitars and harp with traditional songs that have been played in the region for centuries.

From the coast you can see three islands: " la de enfrente" (the one in front), " la de en medio" (the one in the middle), and " la de a lado" (the next door), which can be visited if you hire some of the boats that are on the beach and process the corresponding permit.
