A UNIQUE UNDERWATER PARADISE
Covered by dense jungles and marshy lagoons, the Island of Cozumel is surrounded by white sandy beaches and bathed by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Cozumel is a paradise where tradition, flavor, and joy come together. You will always encounter friendly faces and a warm welcome that will make your trip unforgettable.
World-famous for its coral reefs, the beautiful island offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of water sports such as: sports fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and more. Most of the virgin territory in the center of Cozumel is covered by jungle and swampy lagoons that are home to small mammals and endemic birds.
Cozumel cuenta con una gran variedad de hoteles de todas las categorÃas, restaurantes y bares para todos los paladares y diversas tiendas que van desde las más sencillas artesanÃas hasta las más lujosas joyerÃas.
The island has an average of 245 sunny days per year, and an average annual temperature of 27ºC (80ºF)
Take one of the numerous daily domestic and international flights to Cozumel International Airport. Take the ferry at Playa del Carmen pier with continuous service all day (a 40 minute trip), or at Puerto Morelos. A jetfoil, a water jet catamaran and two large speed boats also make the trip between Playa del Carmen and the island; the hours start from very early at 6:00 until 22:00 hrs. Many cruises stop at Cozumel, Mexico’s largest cruise ship port.
