The park has more than 4,532 ha and is located near Uruapan. It includes the Cupatitzio River, which forms countless water currents throughout the entire park, where you can admire more than 10 waterfalls, all ideal for that extraordinary photo you are looking for on your vacation, as well as beautiful fountains that accompany you on your journey.

Another of its attractions are the stone and wooden bridges, which give it a very special atmosphere, as well as being ideal places to admire the landscape of the park.

The place where the Cupatitzio River is born is known as "La rodilla del Diablo" (DiabloThe Devil's Knee). It is a 3 m deep pool, where there are almost always children looking for the coins thrown at the bottom of the pool, surrounded by abundant tropical vegetation.

The park has interpretive trails, children's games, a rainbow trout farm, craft sales, and shops that offer typical food.
