Interactive Museum of Economics (MIDE)
Created by the Bank of Mexico and various financial institutions, it is the world's first museum dedicated to economics.
It is located in the former Convent and Hospital of the Poor and Convalescents of Our Lady of Belén and San Francisco Javier, which dates back to the 18th century.
The facilities feature state-of-the-art computing, graphic design, and animation to provide information on economic topics in a simple manner.
Additionally, it exhibits an impressive numismatic collection from the Bank of Mexico and the multimedia show "Voices of Fire," which includes fragments of history spread throughout the convent, telling the story of the building and its transformations over the years.
