In this Magical Town you can find tiny leather trunks with pyrography and various ceramic pieces such as ashtrays and cups. In all these pieces the most common decoration is the Cerro de Sombrerillo.

Additionally, you will find some ceramic pieces that are inspired by the vestiges of the Chalchihuites culture that inhabited this region in pre-Hispanic times.

Other products that you can buy in Sombrerete are the delicious quince wine or the traditional rompope (an alcoholic beverage prepared with egg yolks, milk, and spices).

You can find all these products plus others from all over the state of Zacatecas at the Casa de Artesanías located on Av. Hidalgo.
