If you like mountain biking you can also explore the magnificent landscapes of the tropical jungle where you will cross streams and visit beautiful waterfalls.

In San Blas there are routes that will take you to La Tovara, a complex natural mangrove system, passing through the crocodile farm. La Tovara is located just 10 minutes from San Blas.

Equipment can be rented and there are tours ranging from 10 to 100 km.
